The location
We were quite disappointed with the ventilation in our room. Unfortunately, every smell from outside or other rooms seemed to come directly into our room through the ventilation system, including food, smoke, and other unpleasant odors. At times, the smell was very strong and made the room uncomfortable to stay in. For a hotel, proper ventilation and air circulation are essential, and guests should not have to experience smells from other areas of the property inside their room. We hope the hotel addresses this issue, as it had a significant impact on the comfort of our stay. Also, the team didn’t suggest any solution but spraying the room with another bad smell!!
