Old neglected hotel, dirty, and the rooms smell very strange, everything is old, the fridges frost up at night, dirty bathrooms, dirty restaurant, nothing is redeemable, it should not be a 4-star hotel, it's a 2 leaning towards 3...

It does not have furniture to store clothes comfortably. Bad pillows. A bit noisy. Bathroom without extractor, and you can't open windows either.
