The included breakfast is À-la-carte (menu is from Villa Pescadores Beach Club) in the private beach area and tastes good. There is also coffee, juices, and water on a small table. The beach is beautiful, quiet, and very clean, the seaweed is cleared away every few days. The room and bathroom are simple but clean. There is a water container in the room because apparently plastic bottles are not allowed in the resort. There are some reviews describing that a daily entry bracelet for the Jaguar National Park is needed when passing a police checkpoint after an excursion. In our case, one bracelet was enough and the police were not unfriendly.

The hotel is very quiet due to the National Park. If you don't have a car, it can get boring. There is more going on in Tulum. Due to the limited selection of restaurants nearby, everything is a bit overpriced.

The beach atmosphere was spectacular. The mornings are magical. The room has a position and location that allows you to have an incredible sunrise.

I know it's not the accommodation's responsibility, but the issue of sargassum affected us.

Anyone staying inside the Jaguar Park should not have to pay the ticket every time they return to the property, this should be clearly specified and it was not done in the booking or check-in.

The bungalow is nice, no noise, the bedding is good. The cuisine is of a very good standard. The beach is pleasant.

The bar closes very early and it's impossible to have a drink a little late.

Lack of shelter from the wind. It’s not the hotel's fault that it was so windy while we were there, but there's no respite from it and the sand is blowing in your face in the restaurant and lettuce is blowing across the sand! It's also not the hotel's fault that there is a huge sargassum problem so swimming in the sea is not a good option... and the kids at the hotel monopolize the very small pool - which of course they would do: they're kids. All of this added up to us cutting our stay short by 2 days. In anticipation, it was to be the highlight of our holiday...
