I liked everything

The cleanliness is very good, it has hot water in the shower, the air conditioning and the elevator work well, it also has a hairdryer. The location is very good, two blocks from the main square, despite that, it isolates the noise enough to rest well. The food in the restaurant is good and has many options.

The location is very good in the heart of the historic center, but despite that, the street noise is quite isolated, not completely but sufficiently. The room was very clean, there is hot water in the shower, the included breakfast is good, and the restaurant menu is extensive. Good attention from the staff. The air conditioning works well and it has an elevator.

The attention provided by the staff was excellent, it's been several times that I stay at the hotel because of the excellent service I receive and because of the location.

Says 'daily housekeeping' - didn't get a sheet change in 11 days, finally asked for fresh towels & bin liner on day 7 of 11! Said 'airport shuttle' - messaged about it at 5 am upon flying in, got one back 'not sure about transport - people at the airport might know about Ubers'. Party in my hallway (4th floor) quite a few nights - loud music, drinking in the hallway, doors slamming. Not a lot of sleep. Room very small, not a lot of room on each side of the bed. Probably wouldn't stay again. 2 staff helpful, rest felt like a chore.
