The room was dirty, full of hair on the floor... There wasn't even a soap.... Clovis' service was terrible, we arrived at 4 am, after 15 hours of traveling, and it took him 20 minutes to check us in, we had to repeat the data 3 times... We asked him to speed up and he said he couldn't. There was an error in the Booking reservation, I had made it for 1 person per room, and we were 2... then he said to me 'you have to wait for the reservation department to respond'... I said at 4 am??? I said... Clovis, release the room, then if there is an extra charge I'll pay, no problem (and that's what I did calmly the next day)..... After a lot of insistence on my part he 'released' the room.... With no empathy at all, very unwilling... he looked more at the cartoon on TV than at the computer monitor..... Regrettable The hotel is very old, the acoustics are terrible... you wake up with people walking in the hallway. I honestly... I will never go back to this place

Slightly noisy at night due to ventilation noises. Rooms decorated in a normal hotel style, some with windows facing another building wall.
