Multiple guests explicitly praised cleanliness (e.g., “clean”), and the hotel is described as comfortable and well kept.
Staff are repeatedly described as friendly, accommodating and attentive (special mention of reception staff). A few comments note some uncooperative staff, but overall service sentiment is very positive.
Guests praise the large landscaped setting, variety of restaurants and scenic views; some frustration noted about compound layout, multiple gates and reliance on golf buggies affecting accessibility.
Several specific room issues reported: wrong bed allocation, promised bathtub missing, old building condition, noisy AC, mattresses/pillows needing improvement and balconies too close (privacy concerns).
Wide range of amenities mentioned (many restaurants, cafes, cinema, pools); generally considered strong, though a few note the pool size is small.
Explicitly called out as not value for money in the headline and several comments—guests expected higher standard for the price paid.
Breakfast buffet and food receive high praise (“great”, “amazing”); room service quality was good but sometimes slow.
Overall impressions are largely positive (guests call it wonderful and five-star worthy) but tempered by room-related issues and value concerns.
The hotel is very elegant and nice, it seems like you are staying in a palace 😀. We had a small suite which was very clean, modern and has everything needed. All staff are friendly and helpful. There are a couple of restaurants up the hill which can be reached by the golf car provided any time from the reception, we had dinner at 'Villa Beirut' and it was an amazing restaurant from the professional staff to the quality of the food.

Nothing was bad, only a minor notice is the coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant is not too good for coffee or milk.
