The staff was extremely friendly. They gave us the room immediately, at no extra cost for arriving early. The location is unbeatable, close to everything within walking distance. The breakfast buffet is very delicious. They can store your luggage at no cost.

I loved this place! It is very central - less than a 20-minute walk to the Red Square and a 5-minute walk to the metro, pharmacy, public park, about 10 coffee places, and a mini-mart. A short walk also to major entertainment promenades with music, shops, and restaurants. There is an English Pub across from the hotel, but I couldn't visit it due to lockdown. The staff is very nice and patient with those of us who don't speak Russian (they even made sure the taxi took me back to the proper terminal). A breakfast buffet is provided and, as a picky eater, I was more than happy with it. They also provide basic toiletries. This was my first time in Moscow, a solo traveler and during lockdown, and I have to say staying here gave me peace of mind.

Clean hotel.... Perfect location near the center of the city. Restaurants, coffee shops, markets, malls, and even pharmacies, banks, and theaters are so close to the hotel. And good price. They just need to have a better breakfast menu and use a better perfume for the reception and breakfast place to smell better.

A very good hotel. Didn't like the queues and limited choice at breakfast. Besides that, not all the staff are friendly with Russians. They communicate better with foreigners. But overall, for this price, a very good option.
