They greet you with a glass of Porto and a pastel de nata. It was a very warm greeting and they did a very good. The rooms were spacious and had everything you need. The location was in a great area. Close to the train station and all of the river sites.

The breakfast could have had a little more variety but good enough to get your day started.

We had to change rooms because there was a bathtub, quite high, which was an architectural barrier, especially for older people. The furniture was outdated. There is also no lobby to sit and/or rest.

Super location. You can walk everywhere. Very lovely staff. I had a great room with a balcony overlooking the square. Surrounded by wonderful cafes, restaurants, and artisan shops. 5-minute walk to the river. And if you're attending the congress center - it's a 10-minute walk. Less than a 5-minute walk to trains and public transportation.

We loved the hotel and the location, as it had a great vibe. It's a very beautiful hotel and our room was perfect. We had a room that had a little balcony which we really liked. The front desk was always very helpful and the breakfast was really good too.
