The reception, the staff are top-notch. The ideal location to reach the center of Milan. (700m walk to the metro) the large guarded parking is a real plus. We had an inconvenience and the staff remedied it by compensating us. Well done and thank you very much

It was not clean, the cleaner left rubbish in our room for 2 days, and we had a lot of bugs on the floor and walls. The breakfast area was unwashed. We were very disappointed for a 4-star hotel
