The bathroom door toy new if someone was in there or not

The room was an adequate size, had a comfy bed and clean sheets. Access was convenient and check in was easy

The shared bathroom was not looked after. It did the job but hand soap was not refilled after I alerted staff it was empty, one of the toilets had faeces on it and it was not cleaned up for some time, there were large clumps of hair left on the floor that stayed for days and the shower flooded the entire bathroom floor.
