Super location, cozy and clean and comfortable structure. Cozy rooms and clean bathrooms. The wifi is ok. Breakfast is not included but from 7 am there is hot coffee available.

Sometimes some staff members seem unempathetic and struggle to provide information about the city or other information related to the various services they offer, although always polite. I didn't like the excursion to the pyramids of the sun and the moon sold at a high price (about 45 euros) which, more than a visit to the archaeological site (which only lasts two hours), seems like a pretext to sell other things in shops, stalls, and at the restaurant where a one-hour break is scheduled.
