Actually, it may be a personal matter, not a negative criticism: breakfast is served the day before so you can use the sandwich maker and heat your coffee and milk and consume the other options, which are quite interesting, however for our consumption style we would prefer a traditional breakfast, I returned almost everything the next day and went to the corner to eat hot eggs, etc.

The facilities already need a renovation. Some cabinet doors are somewhat misaligned. The kitchen table sags a lot. It does not have a well-equipped kitchen.

Breakfast could be a little better, include some fruits, but I liked the breakfast method, the fact that leaving the coffee in the apartment the day before makes it easier and we don't miss having breakfast, as the tours are very early. The bed was not good for my taste.
