Very noisy because of the way the property is built with inner courtyards. People leave very early, 3,4,5 am. There was even a french woman on the phone in the middle of the night screaming as she was upset about something. Maybe her driver didn’t show up, who knows? But very annoying for the rest of the guests who’d like to sleep until 8 am. Also I felt that the staff can give a little bit more directions here. Our rooms on the ground floor had little natural light coming in, would have liked a little but more light

The room is very large and beautiful, the bed super cozy. The view from the upper rooms is also great. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is very diverse and of good quality. We wanted to book another stay, but unfortunately they were already fully booked. However, we could store our luggage for free.

This is a great place to stay in the very pretty San Blas neighbourhood - close to the main square, but also a couple of streets back so it feels more tranquil. The heating was on when I arrived, and the room was lovely. Great breakfast included and breakfast box on request for the next day when I needed to leave early for the airport.
