Not a thing. Not one single complaint.

The apartment immediately smells of mold upon entering. Visible mold is also seen on kitchen ceilings and toilet flooring. There is visible dust build up in the ventilation. Only one out of two bedrooms have air conditioning. Personal effects such as used plastic bowls are left over in the cabinets. The pans and water boiler are not at all in hygienic conditions. Ceiling fans in some rooms don’t work at all, and some of their remotes either don’t work or have no batteries. Property management has made absolutely zero efforts to communicate and deal with the problem on day 0. The listing on booking shows multiple apartments of varying qualities, but the one you actually get doesn’t even appear in any of the sample pictures, and appears to be of lower quality. Lots of interior furniture and fixtures are either falling apart, flaking, or just plain rusting away due to neglect.

In my opinion, the apartment requires some renovations for modern look. Also the flat screen TV should be replaced with smart TV’s with built in apps like Netflix and YouTube.

The location was absolutely phenomenal. We are right in the heart of it all on esplanade. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping within a 2-minute walk. The views with the ocean were amazing

Parking space was ridiculous. Big enough for a motorcycle. No fans in the unit worked, and we contacted maintenance about both. Were told no other parks available, until one day before we departed. Fans not fixed. We had to provide all of our, dish washing liquid, toilet rolls, hand soap for hand washing.

Beautiful apartment with great amenities, pool, tennis court, great central location and amazing views over the bay. The communication was excellent and we loved our stay here.
