Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the city center, each bed has an electric blanket, and there is a nice and useful heater. The facilities are complete, with a refrigerator, toaster, water heater, various tableware. The room decoration is not very nice, but as a cost-effective accommodation, it is completely fine.

There is road construction near the location, turning the two-way road into a one-way road, Google Maps has not been updated, causing us to search for half a night on the first night. Other than that, no issues.
