Air conditioning without temperature control and no minibar
The place was clean, the rooms were nice, the staff was exceptionally friendly. The area is decent, not far from major streets with various shops and restaurants, and close to the park. The staff made every effort to meet all our needs. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and it was very affordable!

What we didn't like was that it's somewhat difficult to find using Google Maps. The driver who took us there had a hard time locating it without the specific address. Improved awareness of its location would be beneficial.

Well-located hotel in Miraflor. Comfortable room, very quiet if on a high enough floor to avoid noise from the reception (guests talking late at night). Comfortable beds, nice hot shower. Very attentive staff.

The first night was just above the reception with noise around midnight. We changed to a higher floor the following night, and it was perfect.
