The front desk staff in the lobby is very friendly, making our check-in very relaxed and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable, the pillows are super cozy, haven't slept this well in a long time. The room is spacious, clean, and bright. The sofa is large, comfortable to sit on. The welcome snacks were delicious, especially according to the kids. There are convenient sockets by the bedside table. The breakfast is thoughtful, our family of four all enjoyed it. There is an underground parking lot with direct elevator access to the lobby, very convenient when traveling with children. The breakfast service staff is friendly, even asked if the kids were full after the meal. After checking out, the kids kept praising all the staff here for being very nice, making our stay very comfortable and pleasant, we will definitely come back to stay at Wotian~
