We were not checked in a minute earlier than 15:00 - the check-in process started exactly at the appointed time. While we were waiting, we were not even provided access to Wi-Fi. Also, there is no elevator in the hotel, which is very inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage. I consider this level of service inhospitable.
