Cold, old windows. Ripped curtains. Not very clean. TV not working and WiFi wasn't working. Very loud. I asked for a cot bed in my booking but never got one.

Everything else. The room we had had a leaking bath faucet that made it impossible to sleep, we changed rooms, and the second one had a clogged toilet... And the most painful (pun intended) thing was the mattress. It was an old spring mattress that had sunk in the middle, and you could feel each spring... It was painful, and so were the pillows, made of hard foam... Sleeping here is not fun... I paid a hefty sum for breakfast which turned out to be very poor and disappointing....
