One of the smallest rooms I've ever stayed in. 10sqm max. Sink too small to shave in. Poor value for money.

A bit of noise from night life on the weekend. No air conditioning. However, they kindly provided a portable A/C unit, though it is noisy.

Very small bathroom, everything a bit in need of renovation, of course, no one can do anything about the construction site in front of the door.

We were there during warm days. The hotel doesn’t have an aircon. We used ventilators but it was so noisy. There is also an on going street work in front of the hotel so it kind of noisy. We were woken up by those noise.
The location is excellent, close to everything. I liked that they offer free water for guests, fruits, and bread rolls. The room has a small fridge and they left us water, 2 sodas, and 2 beers. The room for 2 people is more than fine.
