Already on the 2nd day, the WiFi in our floor went down, then came back temporarily but unusably slow. The problem was only in our floor. They did send someone, but it didn't come back. At least we could go down to the lobby where it was working perfectly. I think it was just an unfortunate coincidence, not a negative feature of the hotel.
