Nobody speaks useful english, hard to find anyone who can communicate with you in a 5 star reception. We couldn't found the 5th star.

無煙樓層，但是男房務在早上打掃時，在房內吸煙，導致整個樓層走道都是煙味！ 我們續住沒打掃，早上比較晚出門看到男房務在我們對面的房間裡休息時抽菸！！
Everyday a same kind of breakfast. And strange smell all over the hotel … corridors … room . Same strange old building smell. Receptionist should be speaking english . Difficult to communicate
