Only thing good about this hotel is in the middle of city and lot of shops around. It’s old and dirty bathtub. Bed mattress is also not firm and very very old. I won’t stay here again,

Good hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Good many options for breakfast. Just a few minutes away from the famous 19th food street.

I had a great stay at Best Western Chinatown for 4 nights. My room is clean and comfortable. The toilet is good and has bidet. Basic toiletries are provided. They clean the room daily but just make sure to turn on the sign for the staff to know you want your room cleaned. The switch might confuse you with the light switch as they are beside each other. Please take note that the sounds you are making inside your room can also be heard outside. The breakfast is awesome! There are few selections to choose from. There's rice, noodles, toast. They also have hot soup and some side dishes like chicken and fish. They have a chef that freshly cooks eggs of your choice. They also have an array of Asian desserts like cakes and gellies. They also offer a variety of beverages like hot milk tea, coffee, normal tea, juice (too sweet for me), etc. The hotel is located in a very strategic area. At night, there are few popup mixed rice restaurants selling local foods. I love the mutton bone marrow soup there. The first popup night restaurant on the right hand side of the hotel when you go outside sells this. The hotel is near Sinn O Dan Street. At the end of this street, there are few shops selling good desserts and beverages such as ice cream, fresh fruit shakes, and freshly squeezed sugar cane. Next to this street is the 19th street where local bars are thriving. What I like the most is the high-level of security the hotel offers. Guests will be welcomed with beautiful smiles of local staffs. Visitors need ID in order to go up. The reception will call you to ask permission for the visitor to go up and also to exit from the hotel. Some will take this as inconvenience but that's how good security works my darlings. Please note that there's rotational brownout. It only takes few seconds to change power source for the lights and 3-5 minutes for the AC to start turning on.

Some rooms have terrible AC. Mine is average. It doesn't cool much but it's bearable for me. The exhaust is not working properly for most rooms so you will smell some unpleasant odor in your room as you keep it closed most of the time. Opening the windows is not advised because of mosquitos.
It was nice and close to market and a mall
