During the New Year holidays, almost all decent places in the center were booked, found this hotel. A bit further from the center, but not too far. And 10 minutes from the metro. Good clean rooms, many elevators, super comfy mattress. But the breakfast ruins everything. Firstly, the dining area is very small for a 22-floor hotel. We came for breakfast at 10 - there were no seats, there was a queue of people waiting for a table. There was a variety of food, but all tasteless. Everything, in general. Sausages, hot dogs - cheap, with an unpleasant taste. Pancakes are rubbery. Baked goods - sliced dried-out store-bought muffins. In short, breakfast is bad.

Spacious room, the price/quality ratio was good, but for a 4* luxury, they could at least provide toothpaste upon request. They asked for 1000 rubles for a set of sheets to cover the sofa in the living room over the phone! The hotel looks a bit tired.

Very poor bathroom amenities. We booked a suite, but the shower gel, toiletries, toothpaste, etc., were of hostel quality. (They could have not provided them at all) The bathroom is the size of a torso, it would have been more logical to install a shower cabin, as even a child 1.50m tall cannot lie down at full height. The pillows are also uncomfortable. The rest is generally good.

The first girl at the reception desk rudely pushed us away with a smirk, saying there are no comfort class rooms. We registered online and Hozie welcomed us warmly, but that blonde girl was no longer there...

At this price-performance ratio, the hotel is absolutely okay!!! Just don't expect something outstanding for about 45 EUR/night/room including breakfast. Our room (bedroom + small living room) had modern TVs in both rooms (thumbs up!), but only a dozen Russian channels, BBC world, and 2 Chinese channels were broadcasted. The rest of the facilities are a bit outdated, but the mattress was quite good. Breakfast is quite unusual for foreigners. You won't leave the table hungry, but not everyone can handle a warm meat/rice dish or fried potatoes at 8 in the morning :) The coffee from the machine was okay. There were no yogurt cups, instead, there were some drinking yogurt options that didn't taste so good. The staff is polite and helpful, for example, they asked us when the cleaning would be most convenient for us. The bed linen was changed every third day, towels in 3 different sizes were fresh every day. There are good bathrobes and less good slippers, but still! Conclusion: the location of the hotel was advantageous for us for personal reasons. We were out every day, so the small flaws didn't bother us. The transportation connection (2 metro stations within walking distance) is okay! But for guests coming for a short time to see Moscow, I recommend choosing one of the international chains in a central location.
