My wife, almost 8 months pregnant, had to wait in line with over 20 people in front because the receptionist informed that there was no priority line. When it was our turn, another receptionist informed that there was, in short, we spent over 30 minutes standing in line because it was Rock in Rio week and the hotel was fully booked. Out of 4 elevators, only 1 was working, a real chaos. At breakfast, besides not having a table to sit, there were few options available.

The issue with the food, lunch and dinner, was very disappointing, the price was very high for an all-you-can-eat buffet, but with little variety, for the price of R$ 65, it was very disappointing.

I went on cold days with friends and the hotel did not have blankets. We had to go to the mall to buy them, impossible to sleep. Very bad experience. The hot water in the shower was also weak. Uncomfortable
