The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped inside. Being greeted with such genuine kindness really sets the tone for the stay. Thank you to the wonderful staff for being amazing! The location was ideal for what we needed. We stayed on the corner of the 10th floor which had an incredible view from two angles. Really handy to the mall next door and parking at the accommodation was ideal. Would not hesitate to stay again.

One window in the first bedroom was a wee bit breezy when closed, but problem solved with some tissues in the join to stop the cold air coming in, was only a mild issue.

6am in the morning the trees outside by the bus terminal were being chopped down i had to ring the council to see if they could even do that at that time of the morning

The seals to the windows may need to be replaced as when windy you can hear the whooping sound from the wind. But that's should be an easy fix
