The hotel is not a good value for your money. I paid $67 dlls NO internet, NO breakfast, NO complimentary tea, water or coffee. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. However, I expected a little more for the price. I've stayed at a different property that included all the services I mentioned above and paid only $45 dlls. The room is clean and spacious. TV with cable and A/C. Too expensive thought

There is no room cleaning !! When we entered there were hair dying everywhere! Geckos on the walls and the sheets were dirty. Not recommended.

The location of the property is very convenient, Grand Anse has many services and all 3 island buses pass through there. The room was modest and the bathroom not brand new... but everything worked. There is both a fan and air conditioning and a mini fridge. The best thing is how everything is structured, the rooms and cottages are around the pool which, although small, is pleasant... there are tables around to have breakfast or eat what you got from the takeaways in the area. Surely living the common space like this is a plus. The management is professional and friendly, in particular the lady (who does practically everything) also efficiently and promptly helped me after a cut I had. Really very kind.

We were welcomed by the owner who offered us welcome drinks and surprised us with his great and warm hospitality. The room was quite old fashioned but ok for one night sleepover. The bathroom was clean but in a very poor condition.

We were a family with 2 children (9 and 11) on site and we must say, we liked it. It's not for people who want to vacation in the hotel complex but ideal for overnight stays and an evening swim in the pool. It is definitely a way to get to know the country and its people, the owners tell you what you want to know. In the area, there are other nice islanders. Buses, shopping, a pizzeria, and takeaways are within walking distance. Backpackers take the bus, we were glad to have our small rental car. Highly recommended for a holiday with the kids, as you can drive directly to the beaches and avoid the often crowded buses. Hotel room very spartan, many things could be modernized but if you overlook that, you can have a nice time on Praslin.
