Nothing to dislike

The lack of a lift made things a little difficult, but I was aware of this from the beginning. However, the staff were extremely polite and friendly, and the service was excellent. Grace particularly impressed me. She served us at breakfast on two occasions and always greeted us with a warm, friendly smile—even at 8:00 in the morning. I do not think we could have found a better location. The bar, which also serves as the reception area, is very impressive and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The bus stops and taxis are right nearby, while the shops are only a five-minute walk away. We also felt completely safe both inside the hotel and in the surrounding area. I will definitely visit the area again, as my daughter is studying at the University of Salford, and I would happily stay at this hotel again. I would highly recommend it to others.
