We arrived at the property at 13:35, only 25 minutes before the official 14:00. We only hoped to place our groceries in the fridge temporarily, not to complete full early check-in. However, the on-site staff spoke to us in a harsh, lecturing tone, repeatedly reprimanding us even when we did not argue back. While we respect the official check-in policy, the communication attitude was extremely unpleasant. In other apartments across Europe, hosts usually offer flexibility if the room is ready.
