The only positive note is that after checkout they kept our luggage in storage and upon our return they gave us a room to shower and change.

Our room had no window, which was very negative for me. We asked to change rooms, even by upgrading, but we were told that their hotel rooms do not have windows. Compared to the photos on Booking, the room looked very different (=worse). We were told that the photos were taken with a wide-angle lens and that was the room. Breakfast, included in the price, is served in a nearby hotel and is very poor.

Unfortunately, the stay was not very comfortable. The room was not particularly clean, and the bedsheets and pillowcases were quite old and worn out. The water heater switch is controlled by the reception, so you have to inform them and follow up two or three times to get it turned on, and then wait for the water to heat up. The entrance from the main road to the building was also muddy, so guests need to be careful while walking in, especially with luggage. Overall, the cleanliness, basic maintenance, and service could be improved significantly.
The best part was the staff…. They are very friendly and welcoming, and Manik uncle was very good, polite, and helpful.

No problem except that there was no window in the room, which was not too spacious to put the suitcases. Nothing to say about cleanliness. Impeccable staff reception. I would recommend it.

The only issues were that the shower didn't work and the room was a bit small for two people. But it wasn't a big problem.
