The hotel is centrally located, all sights are within walking distance. There are many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was average, without any extras. There is a breakfast terrace and a rooftop terrace with a bar, which was not operational. The beds are very comfortable. There is a bidet in the bathroom.

The windows cannot be opened for safety reasons. A tilt function would have been nice. The staff seemed very bored to us.

Well-located hotel near many restaurants and yet quiet at night. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were slightly lumpy and soft. The staff were helpful and polite, and daily housekeeping was appreciated. The view from the terrace was really nice! While the breakfast range was small, I appreciated the non-lactose milks and soy yogurt options, which are rare in many hotels.

We were woken up by a fire alarm 2 days in a row and had to assume they were false alarms as we didn't receive any updates. The amenities felt a bit lacking for a 4* hotel - we only received 1 bottle of water for a 4-day stay, which was not replaced. There were also no tissues in the room, nor teaspoons.
