Great for staying close to the airport

The location is a bit off the main road, which is nice as that means a bit away from the constant beeps and miscellaneous traffic noise of the city. The room was comfortable with strong AC and a nice balcony sitting area. I had room service which was a good mix of SE Asian dishes at a reasonable price. My only gripe is the shower design is a bit poor. The head wasn't really adjustable and tended to flip up on its own weight so every thirty seconds or so you'd just get blasted in the face, and send water out the back of the unclosable curtain. So a lot of water gets on the bathroom floor. The pool seemed nice but there didn't seem to be a number of spa services. Overall its a comfortable, cheap little hotel close to the airport and makes a nice base of operations, especially for travel days.

Very unclear decor, which felt confusing and messy. Smelled strongly of smoke or incense in the corridor, luckily not in the room. Completely okay for an overnight stay.

Only stayed overnight. Did not have time to explore. However, room was clean and air conditioning was good

Two good nights from a Saturday evening at 7:00 p.m., where the hotel's restaurant was still open with a full menu. Wide selection and decent food. Upon arrival, the hotel seemed to be located a bit oddly on a smaller side street, but that seems to be the look of that neighborhood. Very friendly service in the lobby, understanding and speaking reasonably good English. Beautiful garden with a relatively large swimming pool. The restaurant's breakfast seemed simple, but you were immediately presented with a menu of 10-15 items you could order as a supplement. The room (the Deluxe version) was fine, but simple. Tiles on the floor, rustic wooden furniture. Large, nice, and well-equipped bathroom. TV with about 10 channels, including CNN. Alternative restaurants nearby require a 10-minute walk. Grab service (taxi) works very well in Yangon. Waited a maximum of three minutes.
