Avari Towers was everything you could ask for. Friendly staff, great facilities, security, everything you could want. I'm not sure what I can really say when everything was a highlight. Staff were so great, especially Tarique Ahamed who made sure to give me extra towels for my stay. This was a great location to reach downtown Karachi, and I never had trouble finding a ride using the apps. I even got an upgrade on my room and a little welcome basket. Never once did I feel unsafe, as there are multiple checkpoints with armed security who do a diligent job at keeping everyone safe. Breakfast was always great and I even got a shave from the barber on site.

Though the shower was beautiful and clean, it did take awhile for the water to run warm. This is also one of the most expensive rooms in town. It is reassuring though having the security and the price tag is worth it. Thermostat was also temperamental at times. It was difficult to find a medium between cold and warm. Power never went out once though.

I am staying in Avari for almost last 10 years. But they don’t have any record and every time they treat a person like its first visit. No appreciation of old customers or maybe they don’t even have record or maybe staff don’t want to check. If we are staying abroad in Accor chain or Marriot or Movenpick they greet customers like welcome back etc. Moreover, they don’t have fix deposit amount. Like it depends on person sitting and her judgement of guest. Avari should improve and I think now it’s time that they should invest some amount on renovation too.
