Very crowded when I went
The beach was very beautiful, the hotel in general excellent, spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect view. Delicious restaurants and drinks

Overall everything was good but it could be improved if they put a shade mesh in the family pool, the sun hits directly all afternoon, also the amount of lounge chairs is not enough and people reserve them from the morning and leave them all day. Children's area with parents should be open longer, if you can't be at the pool because of the sun, there's not much else to do with young children.
I found a cockroach in the room, the next day at 2pm they still hadn't cleaned and I had to call to report that I had to kill a cockroach inside so they would come and clean, they cleaned and waited until 7pm to send for fumigation when I was already going to be inside the room. In addition, the phones were not working, everything had to be managed by email.
We had an amazing vacation at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. The beach was absolutely unforgettable. We loved that there were tropical fish right by the shore, so it was possible to snorkel and enjoy the underwater life. The large breakwaters also kept the waves calm, making swimming and snorkeling even more enjoyable. The beach was simply outstanding. The rooms were also very comfortable and well maintained. The only small thing we noticed was that the floor was not cleaned every day. Apart from that, everything was excellent. The food was outstanding as well—delicious, fresh, and with a great variety every day. A special thank you to the entire staff. We have never experienced such friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind people at any other hotel. Their warmth and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would be very happy to come back in the future. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!
