I asked for a higher floor and was given a room with no problem. The reception staff were kind, helpful and pleasant to talk to.

It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, but it was no problem leaving my milk in the fridge in the kitchen, which I appreciated.

The staff is super friendly. The location is excellent. There are several restaurants and mini supermarkets nearby. Easy access to the Eiffel Tower with metro line 10 and connection with line 6. The neighborhood feels nice and safe for walking around and exploring the surroundings. The room is small like all in Paris but clean. The bathroom has the sink outside. The breakfast is good, including hot items like eggs, ham, cheese, sausages, and pastries like croissants, mini muffins, cereals, yogurt, and fruits. It has an extra cost of 17 euros and 10 for children.
