The property is perfectly located for exploring Palermo’s main attractions. While the breakfast selection is somewhat limited, the quality of the food is good and provides a solid start to the day.

I booked a triple room but was provided with a double room instead. Because I had pre-booked five different hotels across Sicily, I didn't notice the discrepancy until we were already settled in. Since we were only staying for three nights, I decided not to raise the issue to avoid the hassle of moving to another room. Overall, the stay was decent, but I would have preferred the extra square footage. Revised: What I came to find out was that booking.com does not always communicate with the property the specifics of the exact reservation. So it is quite possible the hotel was not aware of the room type I booked on the booking.com site. The property provided a standard room based on there only being two people.
