I arrived at the designated check-in time, but my room had not yet been cleaned and the door was left wide open, which was a little confusing. Also, the carpets in the common areas were quite dirty.

Breakfast was a bit small. The room on the sixth floor, I think for safety, had a window that did not open. Lack of fresh air.
