The price of the Thai restaurant does not match the standard of the food. The pool is smaller than expected. Although the room is considered clean, there is still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

It looks very run down, in desperate need of maintenance or a refresh, certainly not luxury. Not enough guests so it feels eerie or abandoned. Too many staff who are useless and clueless. Food is average at best in some instances quite bad, certainly appalling value for money and not on par with Sichuan / China / 4 or 5 star hotels.
