I had to ask for other pillows. The bed didn't have a top sheet, I had to ask for it. The safe was not available for use. Air conditioning dripping, old, open, and noisy.

Only 2 thin pillows. We had to ask for a sheet. Breakfast with few options of sweet cakes, which tasted old. There was granola, but no yogurt.
