The breakfast & dinner were bought on the 1st day. The staff was kind in accommodating my questions. Due to a late arrival, because of a flight cancellation, they helped me with checking in before arrival.

1) Communication: On Booking, there was no response after the first time—I had to search for their number to call them directly. No real-time updates, so I had to take the initiative. 2) Door handles need maintenance, they felt flimsy. 3) Room & Hotel instructions were not printed out or made known to me. 4) Curtains wouldn't open.
