There was an issue with hot water in the female showers in the heated pool area. A detergent dispenser was missing in the apartment for temporary washing

Of the 3 pools we went to, 2 had lukewarm to cold water, in the central pool of the complex, the showers had the same water temperature. It was a very cold day. We were told the water pump was faulty

You don't have internet. Not very clean dishes. Kitchen appliances with shuco and no adapter. I couldn't use the washing machine because it was very difficult to open the second door. There is humidity above all the curtains. It lacks maintenance and needs some updating
