There was a strange smell in the hotel. The key cards were not working. There was no restaurant or café around the hotel. The room and sheets were dirty. I made a reservation trusting the Ibis brand. A complete disappointment.
We could find breakfast very close across the road, ideal, we visited a different restaurant every morning. The basics were good for our first nights of the holiday! People at the reception were always willing to answer our questions

The location was good. The room was extremely basic, but if you are out all day and only use it for sleeping, it was fine in terms of price/quality.

Het slechtste hotel van onze hele reis naar Indonesië. Helaas was onze ervaring uiterst teleurstellend. De kamer was vies, met vlekken op de lakens, gordijnen en handdoeken, en de ramen waren duidelijk niet schoon. We verbleven twee nachten en op de tweede nacht hadden we een serieus probleem met onze kamerdeur: deze ging plotseling niet meer open, hoewel de sleutel leek te werken. We gingen naar de receptie en moesten vervolgens drie uur wachten terwijl een technicus het probleem probeerde op te lossen. Uiteindelijk kregen we het advies om van kamer te veranderen en al onze bagage in de oorspronkelijke kamer achter te laten, hoewel we de volgende ochtend zouden uitchecken. Nadat we hadden geklaagd, besloten ze eindelijk om een gat in de muur te maken om de deur te openen. Al met al een zeer slechte ervaring. Er zijn zeker veel betere hotels om uit te kiezen in Jakarta, en we zouden niet aanraden hier te verblijven.
