Very basic and bland breakfast. Disgusting. Had to pay a deposit of 100k and during check-in, we were informed about bloodstains on a pillow, so we had to pay for the stain remover 🫣🫣, even though the bed linen was stained with white paint and the towels were gray instead of white due to being so old. We were told to pay for the small blood stains on the pillow. It's the first time we've been scammed in this way. This is my personal opinion, but I do not recommend this establishment at all. Really disappointed 😱😱😱. Trash around the pool... No light near the bed, the bulb is burned out. No decent restaurant near the hotel as they claim.
I stayed here as it is convenient to travel to Sanglah Hospital by car. The room was large, clean, smelled nice, functional for light work and well-maintained overall, and quiet. The breakfast was good enough and the staff were pleasant and professional. This is a good place to stay if you need to be in the center of Denpasar, or close to Jl. Teuku Umar, or have loved ones at Sanglah Hospital. Saya senang tinggal disini, kamarnya bersih, harum dan sepih. Sarapan pagi juga enak.
