Lovely place to stay in Langkawi, very quiet (apart from the sounds of nature) but only a few minutes walk from the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. Simple rooms but comfortable with friendly staff and owners.

Rainbow lodge is just a 10 minute walk to the beach, shops and bars/restaurants. It's situated down a little lane full of traditional character. We absolutely loved it.

Lovely place to stay: quiet and peaceful but only a few minutes walk from the beach & will lots of places to eat and drink nearby.

We stayed during August so we expected rain but our room smelt damp and all our clothes felt damp. The room was poorly maintained and didn’t feel clean however the balcony chairs were amazing and watching the wildlife from our balcony was a highlight. Staff really helpful. Would I stay there again - no, but it was cheap!

The place is excellent as a backpackers stay cheap and a walking distance from the beach and restaurants of all choices There is a bar in the lodge where they serve good drinks and put lovely music good ambience. I advise you to book the air conditioning room or else you are in for a very hot night sleep. The owner and staff are very helpful

Stayed from December 29, 2023, to January 3, 2024. I searched for a room with a kitchen, but when I entered the room, there was no kitchen. Disappointed. There was no desired kitchen, complained that it was different from the photos, but they insisted that there was one in the house. Negotiated to add extra charges for a room exchange with a gas kitchen, not very clean, but spacious with a living room and bedroom. I think I will clean up here at the end of the year, the dirtiness of the window frames, and there was a hole in the blanket. Unthinkable in Japan. However, the staff's response and smiles, close to Chenang Beach and shops, so the location is good, and I feel like I want to go again.
