Considering the hotel level, the coffee could be better. Very bitter and dark, compared to Copacabana Palace. I see that coffee is on another level. Otherwise, everything is fine ✔️

The location in Barra is better for going to the Olympic Park, for Rock in Rio. But the location is only worth it for those with an event nearby, for other activities in Rio, it is better to stay in the south zone.

The service at the reception is very slow. My phone in the room didn't work, only showed up the next day. I needed to use the hairdryer and it was also broken, they only sent assistance the next morning as well, which compromised my preparation for an event. The pillow is horrible: thin, one of those that sink and make us wake up with a stiff neck. I asked at the reception if there was another type, they said yes, but sent the same one.
