To me, it's perfect for a family stay

The location is very convenient, with plenty of local restaurants and eateries nearby where you can easily enjoy Vietnamese food, as well as Chinese and Korean options. There are also lots of spas, salons, and nail salons within walking distance. The area is very tourist-friendly and offers a good range of mid-range options. The best part for us was the beach being within walking distance, especially since we were traveling with two kids who loved going to the beach. The staff were also very nice and accommodating. Most of them could speak and understand English, which made communication easy. Overall, it was a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Just a couple of minor things we noticed: the doorbell in our room wasn't working, and the cabinet was quite old and had some termite damage. These weren't really an issue for us and didn't affect our overall stay, but hopefully they can be fixed or improved for future guests.

The hotel is very dirty, the room had the window blocked by plastics. The pool is like a toy, with no place to even leave the towel. We had a reservation for three and they only provided us with two towels, two waters... The stay was not pleasant
