The internet was very poor!!
It was near and clean, good rooftop. The room was newly furnished and it was so clean and nice but the pictures in booking were not a match for the room! It was mentioned king room with city view and I booked it, but then they offered a queen-size bedroom with no specific views!

Several things were disappointing, first the air conditioning! The fan coil was working but the room was very warm and the maintenance guy said it’s all good working! But it was so warm all over our stay! And there was an unpleasant smell in the room that made me uncomfortable but then after a few hours, it got better!

Disappointing experience upon arrival. Despite my reservation with a one-year-old child and the mention of a free child bed for ages 1 to 6, I was initially asked for an additional 300 DH. After insisting, the bed was finally provided to us for free. Too bad for this poor management at the reception.
