Hotel was very clean with fresh towels and bottles of water daily.
All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you.
The location is great – close to Pantai Cenang Beach and very convenient for exploring the area.
The rooms are very small indeed with nowhere to sit inside the room, and there is zero privacy.
There is no dining room; you have to sit around the tiny pool.
For the price and location, this hotel has potential but serious issues remain.
Standard quality for this hotel tier.
Good overall experience despite some issues.
All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated. My room looked onto the lovely pool area. Hotel was very clean with fresh towels and bottles of water daily. A big thanks to Manager Rosada and all her team

This is the worst "hotel" I have stayed in 'ever' - 1. The slightest rain is audible and feels like sleeping in a shed or under a corrugated roof. The noise is unbearable. Traffic is loudly audible like sleeping on the roadside sometimes. I felt like I was a pet animal in a dog's pen or rabbit's box the whole time. 2. It is attached to a medical clinic and shares the same parking. There is no parking in front of the hotel. I felt I was sleeping in the clinic's spare building. 3. The building sits on the roadside. 4. The rooms are "very small" indeed with nowhere to sit inside the room itself and I had to ask and was given a plastic chair! 5. The room we had has adjoining doors to the room next door. So don't expect any privacy as you will hear everyone around you in the rooms next to you. 6. There is no outside window in the room so no natural light - feels like a prison cell. 7. There is zero privacy - the fake "window" (don't believe the photos!) looks out to the corridors where literally everyone walking past can see into your room unless you draw the curtain fully closed making it even darker in the room which already has no natural light. 8. There is no dining room - you have to sit around the tiny pool. 9. There is no balcony! (this is the worst misdescription) - it's just a small fake fenced-off area in front of the entrance door to the room with some seating. There is zero privacy. 10. The nurses from the attached clinic stare

I stayed here for 3 nights. The location is great – close to Pantai Cenang Beach and very convenient for exploring the area. The property itself is fairly clean and the rooms are comfortable. However, my experience was let down by poor service. The bathroom had serious water pressure issues. I complained 3 times, but nothing was done – each time I was told maintenance would come the next day, but nobody ever fixed it. When I asked to be moved to another room, I was told the hotel was fully booked. This turned out not to be true, as I checked online and saw availability. It was disappointing that the staff did not take the issue seriously or offer any solution. For the price and location, this hotel has potential, but based on my experience I would advise thinking carefully before booking.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Telaga Resort. If we are in Langkawi, we will stay at Telaga again. Very friendly and homely atmosphere. Fantastic hospitality by Ms. Rosada, the Operation Manager at Telaga.
