Samantha's attention is exceptional. She is very nice, attentive, and always with a smile on her face. Delfino is also very friendly and helpful. Ana in cleaning is also very efficient.

The room did not have a mini-fridge. Morning coffee is only available until 7 am. I wake up at 4:30 am and there is no coffee available. The gym does not have dumbbells; it needs to be better equipped.
