The location of the hotel is great, it is located in a mall and has its own access to the mall. Free parking is a bonus. As we were celebrating our wedding anniversary there, the staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. The restaurant was very good, breakfast has a good variety and dinner was great also. Dinner is a buffet style, Friday night is seafood, Saturday night is Beef night. The mall is a great place to visit with so many restaurants and shops to look at. Would recommend this hotel because of its location.

We are staying at the hotel for a month, and the staff are all wonderful. In particular, *Fikri* from the club lounge is so kind and helpful that he has truly been the main reason our family has such a great impression of the Sheraton.

It was a great visit. The room was prepared right on time and there was a surprise interior for our room since we visited the hotel to celebrate my birthday. All the staff were so kind and always ready to greet you wherever you are in the hotel. They allowed us access to the Sheraton club as a gift to our celebration and the club was fantastic with all the food and the drinks including the wines. Their nasi goreng buntut was so good! On top of that, they celebrated my birthday in the club, thank you! The location of the hotel is perfect, in the same area with the Gandaria City mall with direct access. For sure will come back again for more family celebrations.
